LEARN
Control your energy, not your clock, use FOCUS to get more time by doing less.
DO
Follow the FOCUS framework:
F - Filter the vital few, identify the 1 to 3 outcomes that actually move the needle today.
O - Own your peaks, schedule your hardest work when your energy is highest, protect that window like a CEO protects cash flow.
C - Cut the noise, eliminate or delegate low value tasks, say no faster and with less apology.
U - Unplug with intent, build short recovery blocks to reset your brain, this is fuel, not laziness.
S - Ship before perfect, complete meaningful work in defined cycles, progress compounds faster than polish.
BREAKTHROUGH
Inquiry:
Where am I managing my calendar instead of managing my energy, and what is it costing me?
Challenge for the week:
Choose one peak energy block each day, 60 to 90 minutes, apply FOCUS without interruption. Track what you complete and how you feel. At the end of the week, review what changed in your output, your clarity, and your stress level. Then double down on what worked.
